IDH is proud to announce its support for the premiere of Iranian filmmaker Jafar Panahi’s latest film, Taxi Téhéran, on 14 April in Paris at the MK2 Quai de Seine cinema, in partnership with Memento Films.

Jafar Panahi, the renowned Iranian filmmaker, won the Golden Bear prize of the Berlinale Film Festival on 14 February 2015 for his film “Taxi” and his niece received it on his behalf.

Based on its indirect relationship with the elite, educators and students through book publishing, Armanshahr/OPEN ASIA has been endeavouring to establish direct contact and dialogue with the young generation by organising a series of book reading sessions in Kabul and Herat since 2009.

Armanshahr Foundation, in cooperation with the French Institute in Afghanistan, organised the Human Rights Week at the Institute’s premises from 7-10 December 2014.
