President Ghani’s recognition of sexual harassment in Afghanistan as ‘shocking’ is spot-on. The Afghan government should promptly enact a law against sexual harassment and ensure that every government institution develops and implements an anti-sexual harassment policy.

Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief & Development PRESS RELEASE – Violence against aid workers and facilities must end!

33 aid workers have been killed during the first eight months of 2014 in Afghanistan, in several security incidents with different causes and actors involved.
