She demonstrated this commitment from the outset in spearheading and publishing the ground-breaking OTP Policy Paper on Sexual and Gender-Based Crimes (SGBC Policy) in 2014, with the aim of guiding the OTP in its work in fighting against impunity for sexual and gender-based crimes, and promoting transparency and clarity, as well as predictability in the application of the legal framework of the Rome Statute to such crimes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11375 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/openasia.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/jjjj.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"786\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/openasia.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/jjjj.jpg 906w, https:\/\/openasia.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/jjjj-300x125.jpg 300w, https:\/\/openasia.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/jjjj-150x63.jpg 150w, https:\/\/openasia.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/jjjj-768x321.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 786px) 100vw, 786px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This initiative is part of a broader FIDH review of the Prosecution\u2019s work from 2012 to early 2021.
