The Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) considered crimes allegedly committed by the Taliban and affiliated armed groups, Afghan authorities, the US and the CIA, and in 2016 declared it was concluding its assessment before deciding on whether to request the Pre-Trial Chamber to start an investigation.<\/section>\n<section class=\"crayon article-texte-21427 texte surlignable\">In this open seminar, co-organised by FIDH (International Federation for Human Rights), Armanshahr\/OPEN ASIA, and the Research Centre of Leiden University College The Hague (LUC), civil society and legal experts will shed light on the alleged crimes committed and take stock of previous attempts to hold those responsible to account.
