های جنایی و واکنش &rlm;های قربانیان، رویکردی انتقادی به قوانین و رویه قضایی دارد و با تلاش برای درک جایگاه تجاوز جنسی، موقعیت قربانی تجاوز را بازنگری می&rlm;کند و به جای بررسی رابطه او با متجاوز، او را در روابطش با جامعه مورد تحلیل قرار می&rlm; دهد. فمینیست&rlm; ها مطالعاتی در مورد خشونت&rlm; های خانگی و خشونت در محیط کار، روسپی&rlm;گری، تجاوز جنسی انجام دادند و به طور همزمان تظاهراتی را سازمان&rlm;دهی کردند. آنها از زنان قربانی خشونت حمایت و بحث و مناظره در حوزه قضایی را آغاز کردند. انجمن&rlm; های بی&rlm; شماری تشکیل شدند و به گشایش خانه&rlm; های امن و مراکز اسکان برای زنان قربانی خشونت و تجاوز و به راه اندازی خط تلفن برای درخواست کمک، اقدام کردند و به تبلیغ فعالیت &rlm;های خود پرداختند. تمامی این اقدامات سبب شد تا اهمیت این مشکل اجتماعی به صورت آشکار در جامعه نشان داده شود. در فرانسه، این انجمن&rlm; ها به دولت و اولیای امور فشار آوردند تا کمپین&rlm; های اطلاع &rlm;رسانی و پیشگیری از خشونت&rlm; های خانگی تشکیل دهند (در سال 1989) و اطلاعات مربوط به خشونت جنسی را جمع&rlm; آوری کنند. آنها همچنین در مورد ختنه زنان، بریدن آلت تناسلی میلیون&rlm;ها دختر خردسال در کشورهای مختلف و از جمله در فرانسه دست به افشاگری زدند. آثار و نوشته&rlm; های فمینیستی در مورد خشونت&rlm; های خانگی دامنه تجزیه و تحلیل خود را با تکیه بر آثار و نوشته&rlm; های پژوهشگران مرد که دیدگاهی فمینیستی داشتند، گسترش دادند. برای مثال دانیل ولزر لانگ (1996و 1988) مردان خشن و پرخاشگر را مورد بررسی قرار می&rlm;دهد و گفتمان آنها را با گفتمان زنان کتک&rlm;خورده مقایسه و ناقرینگی دیدگاه و موقعیت هر یک را برجسته می&rlm;کند. او همچنین به ساختارشکنی افسانه&rlm; هایی نظیر شخصیت دوگانه مردان ـ مهربان و خشن ـ می&rlm; پردازد.  نظریه فمینیستی دامنه تحلیل خشونت&rlm; را به اعمال قدرت&rlm; سیاسی و نظامی گسترش داد و روابط بین نظامی&rlm; گری، ملی&rlm; گرایی، خشونت دولتی و اشکال گوناگون خشونت&rlm; اعمال شده بر زنان در زمان اشغال کشورها، جنگ&rlm; یا درگیری&rlm; های اجتماعی را مطالعه کرد: مواردی مانند تجاوز جنسی، روسپی&rlm;گری اجباری، شکنجه (کاکبِرن، 1998). درگیری &rlm;های داخلی در یوگسلاوی سابق، سازمان&rlm;دهی تجاوزهای جنسی گسترده و دسته جمعی و با مصونیت از مجازات به تعداد زیادی از زنان و دختران در سنین مختلف را در پی داشت. ورونیک نَئوم گرَپ (1997) نشان می&rlm; دهد که در فرهنگ مردانگی پرخاش گر و خشن، جایی که اسپرم مرد تنها عامل انتقال نسل در نظر گرفته می&rlm;شود، تجاوز جنسی آبرو و حیثیت مردان را جریحه&rlm; دار می&rlm; کند و دارایی شان یعنی زنان قربانی تجاوز را که از طریق پیوند «خونی» یا ازدواج به تملک مردان در می&rlm; Their eviction is an unfortunate reminder of the discrimination suffered by the Roma, and the refusal of the European Commission to take action. In a report published by Swedish Radio on 4 April 2017, a high-ranking officer with the Bangladeshi police Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) unit provided a detailed account of how the RAB has been responsible for scores of extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances. The officer, who claimed to be involved in dozens of killings, spoke to the radio journalist without knowing his conversation was being recorded. The officer described the RAB modus operandi, which often involved the abduction of the victim on the pretext of protecting him or her. According to the officer, extra-judicial killings were often staged with the planting of weapons on the victims to make it appear the killing was an act of self-defense. The officer recounted the meticulous process to avoid leaving traces and evidence of RAB officers’ actions: “We have to make sure no clue is left behind. No ID cards that slip-off. We have to wear gloves; we can’t leave footprints behind and have to wear covers on our shoes to prevent that.
