text-align: right;\"> \nدر دو هفته ای که گذشت، تجربه زنان در سراسر جهان چگونه بود؟ با نگاهی به تعدادی از مطبوعات و رسانه های فارسی زبان و اروپایی چنین به نظر می رسد که در جغرافیای ایران، یکی از مهم ترین مسایل زنان، مساله حجاب اجباری و مبارزه با آن است که این مبارزه امروز و در این برهه زمانی رنگ دیگری به خود گرفته است. زنان افغانستان، همچنان مانند سالهای گذشته درگیر مساله جنگ و صلح و معترض به نقش سمبولیک زنان در پروسه صلح هستند. و اما زنان اروپایی، این روزها، علاوه بر جنبش #من هم، با قدرت گرفتن احزاب دست راستی، این پرسش برای بسیاری مطرح شده است که چرا زنان به احزاب راست می پیوندند در حالی که این احزاب به طور بنیادین با برابری و حقوق زنان زاویه دارند؟ در ادامه مجموعه ای از مهم ترین رویدادهای حوزه زنان، از سیاست تا حقوق بشر، از فرهنگ تا جامعه و هنر گردآوری شده است. طبیعتا این مجموعه صرفا و اتهام&zwnj;های ساختگی به پنج سال زندان محکوم شد. این اتهام&zwnj;ها به پیام&zwnj;های او در توییتر مربوط است که او در آن&zwnj;ها شکنجه&zwnj;ی زندانیان در زندان جاو را محکوم و کشتار غیرنظامیان در یمن به دست ائتلاف زیر رهبری عربستان سعودی را افشا کرده بود. این حکم سوررئالیستی، پس از محاکمه&zwnj;ای که تمسخر عدالت بود، یک بار دیگر سرکوب جاری هرگونه صدای مخالف در بحرین را نشان می&zwnj;دهد که ده&zwnj;ها اِعمال&zwnj;شده بر زنانی که به شکلی مسالمت&zwnj;آمیز خواهان حجاب اختیاری و حق انتخاب پوشش هستند، خشمگین و آزرده&zwnj;خاطر هستیم. قانون و شرع به مجریان و ضابطان آن مجوز نداده است تا با زنانی که بدون هرگونه خشونت، به حجاب اجباری که آن را ناعادلانه می&zwnj;دانند و معترض هستند، با ضرب و شتم، توهین و انتساب افتراهای ناروا برخورد کنند.\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"direction: rtl; text-align: right;\"><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"direction: rtl; text-align: right;\">شما متعهد به اجرا و نظارت بر حُسن اجرای قانون هستید. اما آن&zwnj;چه اکنون شاهد آن هستیم برخورد خشن و غیرانسانیِ مأموران و ضابطان قانون با شهروندان معترض است. در زمانی که وجوب پوشش موی سر مورد اجماع علمای دین نیست و بسیاری از آن&zwnj;ها اجبار در این امر را مغایر با دستوراتِ اسلام می&zwnj;دانند، این&zwnj;گونه رفتارهای خشونت&zwnj;آمیز و غیرمدنی در برابر اعتراض مسالمت&zwnj;آمیز و صلح&zwnj;طلبانۀ دختران خیابان انقلاب، قبل از هر چیز اعتبار شما را در صحنه&zwnj;های داخلی و بین&zwnj;المللی زیر سؤال خواهد برد. مجریان شما در برابر دیدگان شهروندان، دختران خیابان انقلاب را از سکوهایی که برای اعتراض مسالمت&zwnj;آمیزشان انتخاب کرده&zwnj;اند، به پایین پرت می&zwnj;کنند و دست و پایشان را می&zwnj;شکنند، و حتی می&zwnj;شنویم در خفا و بازداشت آنان را کتک می&zwnj;زنند.انتظار ما از شما احترام به زنان سرزمین&zwnj;مان است که همواره با مشارکت در همۀ امور اجتماعی برای آبادانی این کشور کوشیده&zwnj;اند.حرمت&zwnj;ها را حفظ کنید و تاب حسین&zwnj;خواه: جنبش \nزنان در ایران چگونه شکل گرفت و چگونه توانست زنان را از کنج اندرونی&zwnj;ها به مدرسه \nو دانشگاه بفرستد؟ زنان ایرانی چطور حق رأی گرفتند، و چرا پس از پیروزی در تغییر \nدادن بخشی از قوانین نابرابر، همه&zwnj;ی دستاوردها را به یک&zwnj;باره از دست دادند؟ هنوز «انقلاب \nمشروطه» پیروز نشده بود که محترم اسکندری، زن جوانی که بعدها یکی از تأثیرگذارترین \nانجمن&zwnj;های زنان در ایران را بنا نهاد، در جمع مردانه&zwnj;ی دوستان پدرش (که همگی از \nاعضای مشروطه&zwnj;خواهانجمن آدمیت بودند) پرسید: «بعد از پیروزی انقلاب، برای احقاق \nحقوق زنان چه در نظر خواهید گرفت؟» میرزا طاهر، یکی از همان مردان روشنفکر و \nسرشناس که احتمالاً انتظار چنین سؤالی را در بحبوحه&zwnj;ی&zwnj;انقلاب نداشت، گفت: «از حالا \nباید فکری برای چادر به سرکردن شما، که پیدا است به رشد رسیده&zwnj;اید، بکنیم!» وقتی \nمحترم با لحنی برافروخته پاسخ داد: «پس از همین حالا بدانید: کسی که با طرز فکر \nدوران پادشاه وزوزک می&zwnj;اندیشد هرگز در انقلاب موفق نمی&zwnj;شود»، میرزا طاهر عقب نشست \nو گفت که شوخی کرده: «نیمی از ملت ایران را نمی&zwnj;توان در نتایج انقلاب سهیم ندانست \nو حقوق&zwnj; آنان را باز نگرفت.»[<\/span>۱] <\/span>واقعیت اما این بود که بعد از پیروزی انقلاب مشروطه، \nزنان در نتایج انقلاب سهیم نشدند و، همان طور که میرزا طاهر به محترم اسکندری پاسخ \nداده بود، زنان نه تنها حق رأی نیافتند و قوانینی به نفع آن&zwnj;ها تصویب نشد، بلکه \nهمچنان در زیر چادر نگه داشته شدند ـ عبدالکریم لاهیجی&zwnj;، حقوقدان و رئیس افتخاری فدراسیون بین&zwnj;المللی جامعه&zwnj;های حقوق بشر، درباره سرنوشت گزارشگری ویژه درباره وضعیت حقوق بشر در ایران گفت که انتظار می&zwnj;رود در پی فوت نابهنگام خانم عاصمه جهانگیر، شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل جلسه&zwnj;ای ویژه برای انتخاب جانشین گزارشگر ویژه در امور حقوق بشر ایران تشکیل دهد. «معمولا برای گزارشگری حقوق بشر یا گزارشگرهای موضوعی دیپلمات&zwnj;ها هستند که کاندیدا می&zwnj;شوند و کمتر مدافعان حقوق بشر یا مدافعان حقوق و آزادی&zwnj;های اساسی. و دیپلمات&zwnj;ها بیشتر روی روابط و مناسباتشان با دولت&zwnj;ها حساسیت نشان می&zwnj;دهند تا انجام ماموریت خودشان و برای همین هم فعالیت&zwnj;هایشان گاه مورد انتقاد مدافعان حقوق بشر قرار می&zwnj;گیرد.» دکتر لاهیجی عاصمه جهانگیر را از استثناهایی خواند که هم دارای سوابق طولانی مبارزه برای حقوق بشر و آزادی&zwnj;های اساسی در کشور خودشان هستند و هم خدمت&zwnj;های زیادی در عرصه بین&zwnj;المللی چون کمیسیون و شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل انجام داده&zwnj;&zwnj;اند. او از همین رو درگذشت عاصمه جهانگیر
