How to Manage Foreign Relations

For any state, whether large or small, rich or poor, the challenge of managing foreign relations effectively is a significant one, and it is especially important for states that are experiencing the full force of globalisation after a period of isolation. This lecture explores some of the complexities that confront states as they seek to improve the management of their foreign relations.
