Party statutes – sometimes referred to as by–laws or constitutions – are the set of written rules by which political parties structure and organize their affairs. Writing statutes is one of the first tasks in establishing a new political party. This compilation includes statutes from nine political parties of different ideological backgrounds, geographic locations and size.
