Many believe the Barchi School Attack in Kabul on Hazara girls is an act of femicide and possibly of ethnic violence against the Hazara people.
As the International Criminal Court (ICC) just met with the Afghanistan Government, and we believe that the voice of the victims must be amplified and heard.
This is why Armanshahr|OPEN ASIA has jointly filed an amicus request with FIDH – International Federation for Human Rights to the intention of the ICC in the matters of Violence against Women and Girls.
