Call for submission of works to the 5th Simorgh International Peace Prize. This round the Prize follows the motto “My ideal city” and is concerned with poems, stories and drawings by children and adolescents of Afghanistan. Deadline 22 OCT 2017.

Armanshahr Foundation/OPEN ASIA announced the recipients of the 4th International Simorgh Peace Prize awards on the 57th Human Rights Day during the “Human Rights Week” (7-10 December 2015) in Kabul.

We are publishing the call for the 4th Simorgh International Peace Prize, while flames of war are engulfing the world and countless humans are taking to the sea to flee the demon of war, to seek a shelter and achieve relative calm from fear for food and their lives.

Call to musicians for submission of works to the 3rd Simorgh Peace Prize

“Simorgh” is a call for the citizenry to chant against war, militarism, torture and ill-treatment as well as all forms of violence and destructive interference in our home. It is a home for collating our calls on the path of peace and pride of the people of Afghanistan.
