The 65th Goftegu public debate of Armanshahr Foundation was held at the French Cultural Centre on 14 December 2010, during the Human Rights Week for Victims, under the heading, “Revisiting our collective memory and the public presentation of Simorgh’s Feather anthology.”

The recent passing away of Master Sa’adat Moluk Tabesh was a sad occurrence for the literary community in Afghanistan. Armanshahr Foundation’s 62nd Goftegu public meeting was allocated to the memory of Master Tabesh.

The poet Master Mozaffari, with all his bitter words and worries, arrived at the Armanshahr offices at Qaleh Fat’hullah on Monday night, 28th June 2010, with a smile: A man in the fifth decade of his life; 40 years, 30 of which have been in war and all the 40 years in hardship here and there, who should as a rule have salt and pepper hair and a wrinkled face.

This great verse of the epic maker of Persian language and literature, Ferdowsi, was the prologue to the 50th Goftegu public debate, a bridge between the elite and the citizens, of Armanshahr Foundation.

The 49th Goftegu public debate, a bridge between the elite and the citizens, organised by Armanshahr Foundation, entitled “The Volatility of National Music in Afghanistan”, was attended by 60 people, with artists and media activists among them.

A Goftegu Public Debate entitled “A night with poetry and music” with the queen of Afghanistan traditionnal music, Master Mahvash, was held at the meetings hall of Culture and Civil Society Foundation on 8th of April 2010.
