The 68th Goftegu public debate of Armanshahr Foundation (5th year) was organised in Herat, in cooperation with the Information and Culture Directorate of Herat Province to discuss contemporary music and the work of Vahid Qassemi, a leading contemporary musician.

The 65th Goftegu public debate of Armanshahr Foundation was held at the French Cultural Centre on 14 December 2010, during the Human Rights Week for Victims, under the heading, “Revisiting our collective memory and the public presentation of Simorgh’s Feather anthology.”

This programme is organised by Armanshahr Foundation with the financial assistance of the European Union. However it can under no circumstances be regarded as reflecting the position of the European Union.

During this talk, we will provide an Introduction to “universal jurisdiction” and the possibility and procedure of filing complaints against domestic perpetrators before courts in other countries.

The recent passing away of Master Sa’adat Moluk Tabesh was a sad occurrence for the literary community in Afghanistan. Armanshahr Foundation’s 62nd Goftegu public meeting was allocated to the memory of Master Tabesh.
